ATTENTION OWNERS: PAYMENT PORTAL CHANGE AS OF DECEMBER 1st, 2016
Your payment portal will be changing as of December 1st, 2016 and if you have recurring payments setup or make one-time online payments you will need to take action.
CMS, Inc. has partnered with PayLease in order to bring a more comprehensive, robust and less expensive online payment option for our homeowners.
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
STEP ONE: CANCEL YOUR OLD PAYMENT PORTAL ACCOUNT
If you make Assessment payments through the community website, you will need to close your REVO (prior online payment portal) account after November 30, 2016. For anyone who does not close their account, REVO will terminate all accounts as of November 30, 2016 automatically.
To cancel your REVO account, you may call REVO at 1-866-738-6411 or sign into your REVO account and cancel the account online.
STEP TWO: SETUP YOUR NEW PAYMENT PORTAL ACCOUNT
Next, you will need to create your new account with PayLease. PayLease offers several great benefits to homeowners. Here is why we made the change:

Easy set-up. PayLease is very user-friendly and easy to follow.

Real-time posting—payments made with PayLease immediately post to a homeowner’s ledger.

The balance on a homeowner’s account will be available via the PayLease site.

In addition to email alerts, homeowners can elect to receive text alerts to know when an automatic payment posts to their account.

There is no charge for payments from a checking or savings account. Payments made from a credit/debit card will incur a 3% transaction fee.
Please note that mailed payments have NOT changed. These should still be mailed to:

New User Registration Instructions for Pay Lease Payment Portal

Go to your community website (Find your community website by visiting communityms.net and clicking on Find My Community)

Click on the Pay Online Button in the upper right corner of the homepage

OR Click on “Payment Portal” under Important Links on the homepage

Register using your Caliber account number (found above your name on payment coupons) Contact [email protected] or 317.631.2213 dial “0” for our Front Desk for your account number if you do not have it.

Once done, you can set up an auto pay or make a one time payment. For setup instructions or help with your account please visit paylease.zendesk.com for FAQ’s and support. You can submit a help ticket by selecting “Contact Us” on the payment portal page or you may call at 866-729-5327 (866-PAY-LEASE).
