Sent your payment already? No problem! For your convenience we will accept payments through the old P.O. Box up to July 29th. Payments sent to the old address after July 29th will be returned to you.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
If you make assessment payments through your community’s online payment portal &/or auto pay (RevoPay) See: Will My Online Payment Portal Change?
If you make assessment payments by sending coupons to the old lockbox (P.O. Box 5704, Carol Stream IL 60197) See: Where Will I Send My Coupons & When Will I Get Them?
If you make assessment payments by bill pay please contact your bank to change the mailing address for payments to reflect the NEW lockbox:

WILL MY ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL CHANGE?
Your online payment portal web address will not change. You will still be able to access this through your community website by selecting the Payment Portal link on the left hand side of the home screen of your association website.
Visit www.communityms.net; Click on “Find My Community” to find the link to your community site.
WILL MY ACCOUNT NUMBER CHANGE?
Your current 10-digit account number will NOT change. However your COUPONS WILL CHANGE!
ONLY NEW COUPONS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER JULY 29th, 2016
WHERE WILL I SEND MY NEW COUPONS & WHEN WILL I GET THEM?
New coupons will be issued & mailed June 1st, 2016 (Monthly & Quarterly Assessment Coupons)*
