Weather Conditions
Your Community Managers have been working with our snow removal crews over the Christmas holiday to monitor the storm and the resulting accumulations and winds. We were warned early that this was going to a blizzard type storm. Snow removal will begin as conditions warrant. Unnecessary travel should be avoided as many interstates and main arteries are blocked. If you have an EMERGENCY that requires our attention, please call our office at (317) 631- 2213 and press 6 for the answering service. If you have a question about snow removal or any other management need call the office at (317) 631-2213 and press 1 for accounting and 2 for property management. Community managers will be monitoring their voice mail and email and will return all calls and emails based on urgency during the storm. Please understand it may take 24 hours for us to return any non-emergency calls. We are working diligently to do what is needed to clear streets first and then other areas as covered under the contract for your community. We do not begin clearing snow until the storm has stopped or, when accumulations and conditions warrant. Please be patient as the National Weather Service has advised against any doing any travel not absolutely required during the storm. Please monitor your local weather for updated information. We appreciate your patience and ask you not to park on the streets while plows are in your community as this will hinder their efforts.
