CMS provides our Crystal Lake at River Ridge community with effective and efficient management. The CMS staff, knowledgeable in managing communities, smoothly guides residents and our Home Owners Association through all the inherent issues a neighborhood faces. As a Crystal Lake resident, an HOA committee member, and editor of the Crystal Lake Newsletter, I find Community Management Services' personnel to be accessible and ready to tackle whatever comes along. Clear and open communication is key in establishing a workable and regular information transfer between residents and the staff of CMS. The people at Community Management Services maintain that kind of connection with Crystal Lake residents. CMS is "user-friendly."

I know that all on the board think you are great. I just wanted to be sure that you had that in writing. You are really what this community needed and needs.

I personally would like to sincerely thank CMS - especially Sarah Leveridge - for the honesty, respect, and guidance that has been offered to the Southern Dunes Homeowners Association. Within five months we have accomplished more than we have in years. The list could go on, but we are now organized, have established committees, and we know our budget - the FIRST time ever! Our board is pleased to finally have a respectful and reliable management company who is taking charge of this huge complex. Thank you.
