About Us
Community Management Services (CMS) offers condominium and homeowner associations with the services that give them the information and tools they need to realize their goals. We are here to provide the tools you need, when you need them.
We’ve been managing condominium and homeowner associations with a boutique of services, which can be as comprehensive or selective as they wish. Our experience has taught us that each association has its own unique personality and a cookie cutter approach to service is not the answer.
“Our clients expect us to be able to handle the basics competently and provide timely response” says Lesley Stoeffler, President of CMS. “They appreciate our experience, but really expect to use new and creative approaches to providing not only the basics, but to raise the bar to anticipating and resolving issues before they become problems for everyone.”
Lesley continues, “We are always looking towards new technology that supports our menu of services and provides faster and easier access to information for our homeowners and boards. We, realize however, that when someone wants to talk to a property manager, that we need to respond in person, either with a phone call or a visit. You cannot manage condominiums or communities from behind a desk.”

Our communities are some of the most sought after places to live in the central Indiana area.
We specialize in working with communities that are under Declarant control or, who are developing their own
homeowner association boards after leaving Declarant control. We work with these communities to assist them
in development of the “building blocks” to be a successful association that provides a solid framework that meets
the needs of the homeowners. CMS is dedicated to ensuring fiscal and esthetic prosperity to the Homeowner Associations
we maintain.

CMS, Inc is led by Lesley Stoeffler. Lesley has an unequalled reputation in the HOA industy for her integrity,
expertise and experience. She has been a real estate broker for several years and served as a former CAI Chapter
President, Committee Chair for the Indianapolis chapter of CREW and maintains memberships in CAI, ICBR, and IREM.
She previously served as Vice President for the F. C. Tucker Company Inc – Commercial (now known as Cassiday Turley)
and has owned her own business in property and association management since 1998. Major clients include
Pulte Homes, R. N. Thompson Development and MI Homes. She is active in many community endeavors including the YMCA
as a coach and her own neighborhood association. She attended Indiana University with a BA in Political Science.
Property Management services are headed by Sarah Leveridge. Sarah has worked for more than three years for Lesley
at one of the leading property and association management companies in the area. Sarah most recently managed a large
diverse Homeowner Association portfolio in the greater Indianapolis area for another firm. This experience provided
Sarah with valuable industry insight and a stead fast approach to customer service. Sarah attended Indiana University
with a concentration in Secondary Education and English.
This teams combined 40 plus years experience in the Property Management field provides a greater knowledge
base of the industry at large. As a team, Lesley Stoeffler and Sarah Leveridge foster the ideals of the importance
of homeowner needs along with a professional commitment to satisfaction.

Florence Teskey, CPA has worked with Lesley and her staff for over 13 thirteen years providing CFO responsibilities and insuring the integrity of financial reporting to associations. She has owned her own CPA firm since 1990 and has great experience in commercial and association property management that lends specific expertise in assisting associations with financial planning and tax work.
Florence attended San Diego University and maintains her CPA actively by maintaining her license as a Certified Public Accountant with accreditation courses and mandatory continuous education in her field. She stays abreast of the latest IRS tax laws and treatment of associations and other businesses.
